The studio

From a design you like to a file with your names.

Camelia Designs is a correspondence studio. You choose an invitation or a save-the-date, pay with card, and receive digital files after the wording is set. An account is optional and keeps your orders together.

  1. 01

    Choose the piece

Start in the shop. The studio sells wedding invitations and save-the-dates only. Pay for one piece immediately, or add several to your list. The list lives in this browser.

  2. 02

    Pay with card

Pay with card opens a secure checkout for Camelia Designs. A digital invitation is $20. Save-the-dates use the price on the card. You are charged when you confirm there. If you would rather not use a card, the payment page has the other instructions.

  3. 03

    Send the wording

Email the names as you want them set, the date, the place, and any line that cannot change. If you are not sure about a host line, say so. We would rather ask than invent one.

  4. 04

    You receive the files

Most invitations leave within four business days of the approved wording and noted payment. You receive a print-ready PDF, a share image, and — for invitations — a private guest page. A save-the-date can go out first if the invitation wording is not ready.

What arrives

Print-ready PDF

Invitations and save-the-dates are 5 × 7 inches. The invitation PDF includes bleed. Take the file to a printer, or print at home on the paper you choose.

A share image

A picture of the card for email, a group message, or a wedding website. It is not a substitute for the PDF if you plan to print.

A guest page

Invitations include a private link in the style of the sample envelope. Guests open it and read the card. You can send that instead of paper, or as well as paper.

Printing is yours

We do not sell a print run, and we do not add a fee if you print. A local shop that knows card stock will do better than a rushed office printer. Paper color is your choice — the files are not locked to one ink. If you only need the guest page, you can skip paper entirely.

One celebration

The license is personal. You may print and share the design for your wedding. You may not resell the files, offer them as a template, or use them for another couple. A save-the-date and an invitation for the same wedding are two pieces, each with its own price.
